Adam Lipstadt writes, “The Astor place on is a bit funnier, because it borders on being a *triple* Starbucks – the double black banners on the red building in the attached detail jpg read Barnes and Noble Bookstore, which of course, has a café which resells Starbucks branded coffee.”

I have confirmation from Jennifer Gonzalez that in New York City there is another case of the Starbucks across the street form a Starbucks phenomenon. Apparently one instance of this is on Astor Place and the other One Near 38th street.

Shane Smith writes: “There is a Starbuck’s on the corner of Broadway and Barclay Sts, and another right across City Hall Park, on the corner of Park Row and Beekman St. Not quite across the street, but in spitting distance.”
